Cómo reportar un bug / How-to report bugs

A la hora de reportar un nuevo bug o error, hay dos posibilidades:

1. Que sepas reproducirlo (Es decir, conoces los pasos para que ocurra).
En ese caso, con poner dichos pasos y responder a esta pregunta vale:

¿Has modificado el servidor o se trata de la versión según venía descargada?
- En el caso de lo primero, ¿has instalado un mod recientemente? ¿Cuál?

2. Que no sepas cómo ha ocurrido/ocurre.
Cuantos más datos nos déis, mejor, pero, al menos, hay que responder sí o sí a estas preguntas:

- ¿Has modificado el servidor o se trata de la versión según venía descargada?
- En el caso de lo primero, ¿has instalado un mod recientemente? ¿Cuál?
- ¿Cuándo comenzó el problema?
- ¿Has actualizado de una versión anterior? (Es decir, si por ejemplo, teniendo la 2.10.3, has usado el pack que actualiza a la 2.10.4 en vez de descargar la 2.10.4 y sobreescribir)
- ¿Has probado a hacer Ctrl+F5 (o limpiar caché si no puedes hacer Ctrl+F5)?

Y, opcional, pero recomendable:

- ¿Aparece una pantalla blanca sin error? Sí es así, sigue estos pasos para ver el error: http://xgproyect.org/2-10-x-foro-de-...html#post65159
- ¿Tienes alguna captura de pantalla del problema?

En cualquier caso, siempre hay que indicar de qué versión se trata, porque un bug que exista en la 2.10.2 puede (y suele ser probable) que ya esté resuelto en la 2.10.3.

Si no aportas datos, es más probable que no recibas respuesta.

And optional, but advisable:

- Can you provide a screenshot of the problem?

However, you must always indicate the version you are using, because a bug that existed in the 2.10.2 might have been fixed in the following ones (and usually is).

If you do not give us information, it is more likely you won't be answered.
